Of Pontefract and formerly of Hoyland, passed away peacefully at the Prince of Wales Hospice, with his loving family by his side, on August 2nd 2026, aged 83 years.
Now reunited with his beloved wife Hilary and his much-loved partner Jean, with whom he shared many happy years.
Loving dad of Antony and Catherine, dearly loved grandad of Toni, Ellie and Lottie, and treasured great-grandad of Jack and Felicity.
Also, a much-loved brother of John, Linda and Pat, and a very dear brother-in-law and uncle.
David will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The service will take place at Central Methodist Church on Friday, September 4th at 10.00am, followed by a private burial (invite only).
