Of Pontefract, passed away in the Prince of Wales Hospice on March 20th, 2026 aged 92 years, after a long illness, very bravely borne.
Devoted wife of John and much-loved mum of Celina and mother-in-law of Shaun, also dear sister of Greta and the late Patricia and loving aunt of Gillian and Paula.
Service to take place at St. Giles Church on Friday, April 17th at 12.15pm followed by interment at Pontefract Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations in memory of Shirley would be appreciated for the Prince of Wales Hospice and may be kindly left in the box provided in Church.
