Of Pontefract and formerly of Beal, passed away in hospital on September 25th 2024, aged 54 years.
Beloved partner of Paul and much loved mum of Mark, Jonathon, James, Christopher and Zack, also very dear mother-in-law of Chelsea and Faye, loving granny of Levi and Lottron and a dear daughter and sister.
Service to take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Monday, November 11th at 2.20pm.

Im so sad and so sorry for the loss of Tracey didnt know she’s passed away. I used to attend St Wilfrids and was a friend of hers there
